WARRANTY INFORMATION

It is paramount you know the model of your Tesla before placing an order on the teslary website and if you need help please contact us before placed the order to ensure you order the correct parts or accessories to avoid errors.

All Accessories sold by us come with a minimum of a one year warranty which does no include wear and tear or physical damage from installation , deinstallation of misuse. The warranty covers manufacturers defects only. If you have any issues with a product purchased from teslary within one year or after one year please contact us and let us see how we can help you as our goal is to ensure a long term relationship given we are Tesla owners ourselves and we only sell products which we believe are of a quality we would use in our own Tesla cars. If there is an issue with a product being reported by customers we need to know this so we can share this information with Tesla owners and remove the product from our store at the very least. Reporting an issue with a product no matter how small or large helps us improve the range of products we provide and we would ask for the help and assistance of all Tesla owners and customers with this.

If you have any doubt regards an accessory being compatible with your exact Tesla Model please contact us prior to placing your order. This is expecially important were the Tesla Model is not listed as compatible within the description for example the Tesla Model Y RWD Made in Giga Berlin. The Berlin Made RWD Model has minor differences over the Fremont , Shanghai and Texas Model Y with some Accessories such as Trunk Bins for example not fitting the Berlin RWD STANDARD Model Y JUNIPER and Model Y JUNIPER PREMIUM We do not list the Berlin RWD Model Y as a seperate Model however most owners are aware their cars do have differences in the trunk area , brake calipers , etc and if you have a Berlin RWD model and you are in doubt about an accessory being compatible please contact us before placing your order.

Every item we sell comes with our own guarantee of quality and if you are not satisfied with the quality then please return the item once it has not been used.

If you have any issues with a product such as item ordered for wrong model or does not fit then please create a return and send the product back.

We do advise our customers to verify the product is compatible with their make and model prior to installation as we cannot accept returns were items have been opened and shows signs of use such as the double sided tape being unusable.

We do test all parts to ensure compatiblity with TESLA 3 2019 - 2024 , TESLA Y 2022 Onwards and the new Tesla 3 2024 Onwards however there can be small differences in various Tesla models depending on the date of manufacture and the factory they were built in. Here in Ireland most of the Right Hand Drive Models come from the Tesla Factory in Shanghai which means there can be slight differences in minor parts from Tesla cars built in Fremont , USA or Germany. If the part listed on our site is specific to the German or USA built version of the Tesla 3 or Y we will state this on the product page.

We do not distinguish between the Tesla Model Y+ Juniper RWD and AWD Models however if your RWD Model comes from Giga Berlin you will need to confirm compatibility on certain accessories such as trunk bins and caliper covers as these items will not fit the German Made Tesla Model Y RWD from Giga Berlin. If in doubt please contact us for assistance.

Please understand that there are certain items we cannot accept back for example items with glue or automotive tape or items with logos which have to be placed onto the product such as dash cover ( auto motive tape ) , caliper covers ( logos and potential damage during fitting ) , trim pieces ( automotive tape and or glue ) or any part were there is physcal damage due to an attempt to fit which went wrong or you attempted to fit but them found it was wrong but this was after damaging or removed or stick the tape or glue. We are here to help so we would ask for the truth when it comes to this type of error and you will find us eager to help you find a solution.

If we sell a part made by the Tesla Motor Company we will state this clearly in the product description. PRE ORDERS

NOT ALL OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER

Pre-Order is now available for a LIMITED RANGE of products on the TESLARY webstore. These are generally products which are very popular and have seen stock disappear quickly once it comes back into stock. We have now added the feature allowing customers to place and pay for products in advance ensuring they have priority once the stock arrives into our fulfillment centre in Ireland or Germany.

If you are placing an order with a PRE-ORDER item within the order you can choose to ship the instock products with the PRE-ORDER product being shipped when it arrives back into stock with no extra shipping costs.

Once you place a Pre-Order we will send you an email giving you an estimate of when we expect delivery of the ordered product.

Please note if a product is listed for PRE-ORDER unless otherwise stated on the product page it is generally already in transit to one of our fulfillment centres so the wait time for delivery would not be excessive depending on the type of product ordered.

Larger items for example Roof Racks for Tesla Vehicles are shipped by Sea Freight or by Train , Sea and Road from China with an average delivery time to our Fulfillment Centre in Germany and Ireland of up to 6 weeks. It should however be noted that this product going out of stock would be rare but if it did and you were to PRE-ORDER the wait time for delivery should not be 6 weeks as we would already have stock in transit as our system would have placed an order once the stock went low.

Our stock levels are monitored to limit OUT OF STOCK issues however we do find that there can be out of the ordinary demand on certain products due to Weather and Tesla Sales of new Vehicles for example which is one of the reasons we have now added the PRE-ORDER option for our customers.

PRE-ORDER products are paid at the time the order is placed with warranty and sale terms starting from when the order is shipped and not from when the PRE-ORDER was placed.
